I took that to mean all the people I'd brought together over the years to make a project successful. It's not like I was a rookie. Anyone can search for a surveyor or a septic designer. Are they good? Do they take 4 weeks to respond, 3 more to send an invoice, and 8 weeks after to schedule a start date?
